RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Stretch Music, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to receipt of an incorrect item, size, or defect, you may return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange – we’re here to help. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition along with all original tags or labels attached. Music items must be unused and in the condition you received them in.
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date to be eligible. We are not able to accommodate any requests past the 15 day return window.
Unless your item is being returned due to a manufacturer or printing defect, we will not refund your original shipping costs. We are not liable for any return shipping costs that may occur.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email merch@stretchmusicofficial.com with your order number, item name, size, and reason for your return. Then, utilize the return label included in the original shipping packaging.
Please make sure that you save the tracking information of your return shipment. If tracking information is not provided, we will not be able to process the return. Please also note we are not liable for return items until they arrive back at our warehouse.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the conditions of your item(s) and then process your request. We reserve the right to deny a return request pending the condition of the item(s) returned. If we deny your request, the item will be shipped back to you in the same condition it was received in.
We will email you when your return has been processed. Please allow at least 10 business days for the refund to completely clear from your statement once the refund has been issued. We are only able to issue refunds to the original form of payment.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate an exchange, please email merch@stretchmusicofficial.com with your order number, item name, size, reason for your return, and new size request. Then, utilize the return label included in the original shipping packaging.
Please make sure that you save the tracking information of your exchange shipment. If tracking information is not provided, we will not be able to process the exchange. Please also note we are not liable for exchange items until they arrive back at our warehouse.
Kindly note that the exchange process may take a few weeks.
